Straight from the fields of Provence, fragrant lavender bouquets are cut and bundled by hand, and then air dried on wooden racks in barns adjacent to the fields. Tied with a grosgrain ribbon, the bouquet will impart a gentle lavender scent to any room and the deep lavender color lasts for years.  Hang on a wall (as the French do) or stand in a vase.
