We are delighted to return to the fleecy fun at the Fiber Festival, New Englands largest fiber and wool event.  (As you may know, lavender has a natural camphor that helps repel moths, and has been a favorite of knitters and weavers for ages.) More than 200 New England fiber artisans, farmers and related exhibitors will be showcasing their products including clothing, quilts, blankets, rugs, looms, spinning wheels and more. The creativity and craftsmanship on display are truly amazing.

In addition to being an ideal holiday shopping opportunity, the Fiber Festival is a great educational experience for visitors of all ages to learn how animals contribute to the fiber industry through live displays of llamas, alpacas, sheep, and rabbits. Throughout the weekend, you can join in workshops on felting, spinning, punch needle, Tunisian crochet, rug hooking and more.  A "Make It With Wool" competition, a fleece sale, and sheep-shearing demonstrations round out the activities.

Sunny Window will be bringing along a full complement of lavender sachets, lavender potpourri and more, all made using the finest French lavender, as always!  We'll also bring our olive oil soaps, natural bath and body products, lovely handmade and fair trade gifts, and so much more.  Coming to the Fiber Festival and need us to bring something in particular for you?  Just give us a call or send us an email, and we'll have it ready and waiting for you at our booth.  Hope to see you there!
